.1. Order Processing Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within [2-3] business days.
- Exceptions: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to worldwide
- Customs & Duties: we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damages: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Lost/Stolen: we are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order, please contact the courier given in your order email
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
